Quiet room. Snacks & coffee available.
The gym was unkept. Dirty treadmills, elliptical. Empty sanitizing wipes container, no towels, no cups for the water dispenser. No remote for the tv. Hot room too.

Comfortable bed, clean room, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options like eggs and biscuits, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast had variety and was hot and tasty. Pool water temperature eventually ok for swimming (too cold at first).
Initial pool temperature was freezing, improved during our 4-day stay. Cleaning staff did not refresh towels one day. Bathroom cramped, door only had 1/4-inch clearance from toilet, led to some pinched fingers and banged knees. Check-out line was long and process very slow.

It was nice to have a drink and dinner when we checked in after driving 10+ hours. It was nice to have an early breakfast and be able to get on the road. The 6th floor was very quiet.
The eating room was not clean. I spilled a little pop and when I wiped it up off of floor, my napkin was black!
